Neal Thurman - Partner

Neal Thurman is also the co-founder of Customer Value Partners. He has spent the last 15 years as an consultant, entrepreneur, and executive focused on building new products and ventures based on emerging technologies and business models. Among his past clients were America Online, Avon, Hard Rock Cafe, Fannie Mae, Marathon Ashland Petroleum, McGraw-Hill, and NAPA as well as a number of start-up enterprises. He has been a speaker on the impact of emerging technology on advertising, marketing, and retailing. He received his M.B.A. from Emory University and B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.

Cathy Hong-Praslick - Partner

Cathy Hong-Praslick has held a variety of venture capital and private equity roles. Most recently, she was on the mergers and acquisitions team at TSYS, a financial services firm. Previously, she worked at Alliance Technology Partners, specializing in media and telecommunications, and at United Parcel Service's Strategic Enterprise Fund, where she focused on logistics and wireless infrastructure firms. She has been a venture consultant to Turner Broadcasting, First Sports International, and others. She received her M.B.A. from the Emory University and B.S. from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.

Felix Chang - Partner

Felix Chang is also a senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. Before joining the firm, he was a consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Organization and Strategy practice. Earlier, he served as a senior planner and an intelligence officer in the U.S. Department of Defense, an entrepreneur at Snowcenter, and a business advisor at Mobil Oil Corporation, where he dealt with strategic planning for upstream and midstream investments throughout Asia and Africa. He received his M.B.A. from Duke University and M.A. and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
